I dunno what I did but Message #1378862 was showing in the Agent whatched threads but not in the Subscription panel. I also found this morning that 'Remove a message from ... as soon as viewed' checkboxes weren't checked in my account. After I checked them everything cleared up. I let you know if I encounter the problem again.
