FYI - I recently cleaned a machine that had similar symptoms. The virus was named brisv.alinf - Oddly I notice that if the letters are re-arranged it spells virvs.final Looks as if the jerk who wrote the thing cannot spell :)) The fellow who got the virus had clicked on a notification in a yellow line across the top of this screen that invited him to download free anti-virus named 360AV - I read somewher that you may have to resort to 'manual removal' - I had success by running AVG on slow scan over night.
