Current estimates I've heard are around 100,000 developers worldwide, using any version of Fox. That's probably based in part on the following estimates a few years back:

Good Fox consultants have been very busy. Efforts like VFPX and eTecnologia's .NET compiler should ensure that Fox is a viable tool for a long time, at least from a technical point of view.
