I pretty much agree with the aggrivation of finding a lot of stuff turned off (file extensions), or "simplified" interface being turned on (e.g. "simple file sharing"). On the other side of situation, I much prefer to keep things restricted for novice users. I am frequently annoyed when I come across self-proclaimed "power users" that fiddle with things they shouldn't mess with (and usually because I'm often the one that has to deal with repairing the damage caused by this fiddling). I would be seriously annoyed if the command line interface was taken away from me.
