Interesting. I never made that connection with your name. He was commissioner for a long time.

As far as Orr, I never met him but was fortunate enough to see him play a number of times. I grew up in Maine and every winter my dad would take my brother and I to Boston to see either the Bruins or Celtics play and stay overnight in a hotel. For all the sporting events I have been to over the years, the loudest noise I have ever heard was at the old Boston Garden when Orr would take the puck and start up the ice. Deafening.
