How to "fix" human nature is a question theologians and philosophers have been debating since the dawn of time. Since there is yet to be a viable solution we must work with what we can.>
>Yes, but "working with" implies action including changing and trying to improve things, both of which also are elements of human nature whether your target be disaffected youth or white-collar fraudsters.
Sometimes "work with what we can" means leaving well enough alone. In regards to business; stop injecting social experiments into the market just to gin up more campaign contributions. In regards to regulating human nature and behavior I'd suggest we approach all issues with both eyes fixed upon minding our own business.
