I never tried your method before, but it sure does change the readability ;-)

IMHO (this to Mark), many of us have brought our coding styles from earlier days when we were using monochrome monitors and from employers who demanded a set standard of coding practices to keep their code as easy as possible for the next programmer to repair/improve. Even with the syntax-coloring I like to see capitals on my key words for readability I don't like TYPING them, so I run beautify after every major code change.
