Tim,

If you set the current database as you described, then do you know how to retrievie the associated description? For instance:

>databaseSets
> add key="CustA" value="Customer A (SQL Server)"
> add key="CustB" value="Customer B (Visual FoxPro)"
>databaseSets

If I use the Database Manager to set the key to "CustA", is there a method that will return "Customer A (SQL Server)"? Thanks again for your help in solving this question.

Kind Regards,

Mat

>The answer is in the Database Manager. You can set the current database Set by setting the DataBaseSetKey to the value you want like this.
>mmAppBase.DatabaseMgr.DataBaseSetKey = "CustomerA";

>I got this from the Dev Guide under Overview of MM. NET/ Understanding MM.NET Manager objects/ The Database Manager. The sample application uses the options form to set the Database key which you could also use the same method if you like or set it programatically by the setting I showed above.
