Resource = off is the ONLY line in the config file within the app. That's why I was very surprised when they complained about Foxuser.

The shortcut does't tell the app to start on the desktop--at least not intentionally--I wouldn't know how to do that if I needed to! But I don't get to create shortcuts anyway; IT has complete control over the desktop.
