I wondered about the launcher but it has Set Resource Off as the first line. Perhaps it is too late by then? Also, the duplicate config.fpw is in the app directory with the launcher. I'm not sure erasing the files on the desktop would cut it with these folks (a group of attorneys.) They are very picky--more picky than I am if that is possible! However, anything that avoids another encounter with IT is worth a try.
