I mostly agree with you Tracy. The only concern is about the legal age for alcohol. 21 is too much IMHO. If you can vote, drive and be considered an adult at 18, then you should be old enough to drink.

Even if legalized, nothing should be legal for those under 18 or 21. Treat it like alcohol. The alcohol is legal to adults 21 and over, but driving under the influence or selling or providing to minors is not and should be treated as serious offenses.
