I am sure this question has been addressed many times in one question or another, but I would like it spelled out a little clearer to cut down on any gotcha's.

I have a computer with VFP 7 installed, and I wish to update it to VFP 9 SP 2 (I am making the assumption that I should just skip VFP 9 SP1 since SP2 is latest even though it has some issues), without disturbing VFP 9.

Would this be the proper way to install it:

1-Install VPP 9 from original DVD.
2-install VFP 9 SP2

Next question: what patches or fixes or anything else should I install then to make VFP 9 SP2 as stable, etc. Should Sedna be installed as well? Any questions on any of this would be appreciated as once this is all installed I make a snapshot of the HD and archive it for easy restore to original setup as needed (using DriveImage).
