Yes to the first question. After that you may want to install cumulative hotfix for VFP9SP2 - KB 952548. See http://www.berezniker.com/content/pages/visual-foxpro/vfp-90-versions.
There's also updated XSource for Visual FoxPro 9.0 SP2 if you're interested.

You may install Sedna if you want but it has nothing to do with SP2.
