A personal preference, obviously, but I like it better when the help text is right by the entry field, not in a generic location at the bottom.

It has always seemed weird to me that you have to set form.ShowTips for tool tips to be in effect. Setting the properties for individual fields is a pretty clear sign that you mean to display them.
