>I didn't realize this was unknown. See Patented Medicines Prices Review Board
The Patented Medicine Prices Review Board (PMPRB) is a quasi-judicial body that protects consumers and contributes to health care by ensuring that the manufacturers' prices of patented medicines are not excessive. http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/ahc-asc/branch-dirgen/pmprb-cepmb/index-eng.phpEmphasis mine. Not the same as fixed-price.
