I'm getting this error now

when I try to debug my application on the scanner. The scanner is connected to the PC through USB port, I copied the database from the PC to the scanner a moment ago using ActiveSync. Yet the VS shows this error and I don't know what to do now.

I was able to debug it before perfectly fine, then my colleague had it for some time, then I put it back on my PC and now I can not run it.

What can I do to fix the problem - I already re-started my PC?
