I haven't checked it in details, perhaps it is just an extra language added. I was trying to remove Chinese language today from the list of languages in Control Panel, but it was said it is currently used and could be removed only after re-start.

How exactly can I tell which version of Windows is installed? The menu (Start, Programs, etc.) was all in English, just few dialogs were in Chinese.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
