>I don't quite understand what you said, but if you mean legal protection then everyone has the same legal protection. Marriage does not provide additional legal protection. To be precise it downgrades individual legal protection. Any individual person has the same rights as married person and if he wants he may legally delegate rights to any other person (or group of them) to imitate 100% spousal legal relations.
