Legal stuff is going on. I might be forced to concede. Like I mentioned elsewhere, I fear that the outcome of the legal stuff won't be the appropriate outcome because of the lack of morals from the other party (lying, cheating, misinformation, bullying).

Mike, I can understand if you don't want to go into specifics....but aside from possibly very distasteful behavior by the other party, do you have documented evidence of tangible disgressions (cheating, misinformation, etc) ? Again, no idea what situation you are in, but as far as I know, judges aren't normally too interested in rewarding those with unclean hands. This sounds like a conversation you should be having with your attorney.
