To answer your question. I would not know what they'd do, but probably they'd go through the UN and NATO and search military support at their friends and try to find causes and a way to take the problem at the root rather than seeding more. They certainly would not react in blind rage. Because we know, it does not solve anything. Walter, what matters are results.
I still think Bush should have gone further than he did - but he succeeded in keeping any further attacks from occuring on U.S. soil after 9/11. So I'd say he achieved a major objective, despite the fact that people would rather talk about blaming America for everything we've done post-9/11, than talking about the fact that Bush kept the U.S. safe from major attacks for 7 years. No one has disputed this point, because no one CAN dispute the point.
