Sorry for the kippah confusion, I've read it like a kirpans (I tought that kippah was the english word for french kirpan).

I'm not talking about the supression of religion (although I beleive that it would bring more peace around the world), I'm talking about forcing women to wear/do things they don't want to. Maybe pediphelia was too exagerated as an exemple, but it seem that rape isn't. What about the new law that was supposed to pass in Afghanistan were the women couldn't refuse on any reason sexual act with their husband? Freedom of religion?

Burka does represent some security issues that some peoples may exploit. It's helpful if:
- I don't want to get caught by the security cameras or
- I'm being searched by the police or
- I'm a man and I'm tempted to go look in the girl restroom or changing room or
- I'm in the children selling market. I can take the child of another burka-wearing woman, the schools employees won't be able to recognize me from the real mother
- etc.

>How on earth does a burka or a kippah become a weapon? What does freedom of religious dress have to do weapons and pediphelia? Nothing.

>You are stretching because you do not have a valid argument supporting supression of religion. Or if you do, you haven't presented it here. Christians have been violent in the past (even recently) so do we ban worship services since they might gather there and plan their attacks? Or do we ban the bible because someone may decide to use it to hide an explosive device? Do we ban wearing the cross next? Who knows what priests are hiding under their robes, maybe an AK47?
