1. Thats the slashed wrist part. I don't know of anyway to do this from the server end unless its a cookie or you have a activex/com object on client side.
2. Not --that I know of-- directly. You can point then to a download link but I don't think you can place it where you want from your end.
You can have a self extracting file, but --I-- don't know of a way to have your sever kick it off once the client has down loaded.
Hopefully someone else may.
