What is your solution to the US health care problem. Or do you not think there is a problem ?

I'm glad you asked, becuase I don't want anyone to think there isn't a problem - health care is a HUGE issue.

Talk to the U.S. physicians and U.S. hospitals and medical practices and ask what they think about government intervention. Ask them what they think about Medicare and Medicaid. Ask them what they think about being forced to work for free or at a greatly reduced cost.

The federal government does not produce wealth: it has no source of wealth other than confiscation of citizens' wealth through taxation. As far as I am concerned, taxation should only go towards those functions representing what government SHOULD do, and that's protection of its citizens' rights. And health care is NOT a right.

Health care is a good/service, and should be treated like any other good/service - hands-off by the govt
