I never noticced any intentional insults in Mike's posts. What he got in this thread was precalculated intentional insult.

British have saying like;
'Real gentleman should never loose his temper'

However in this case I understand Mike's reaction. He was not really left with much space to keep it civil.
Depite all bad and crises that are happening to him, MikeB IS a gentlmen. Hi might have overreacted, but he should not have
been put into this position at first place.
