Like I said I haven't used it - but just looking at the feature chart here
http://www.dbase.com/dbpersChart.asp it seems like there are some advantages to it over VFP - like building webapps for example. Can you explain how VFP is superior when it comes to data-handling and programmability? Looks to me like pretty much the same things as VFP???
>dBase III Plus is more compares directly to FoxBase. VFP is vastly superior in both it's interactive data handling and programmability.

>>I've a coworker (in a different division) who uses dBase Plus. I, personally prefer VFP and am trying to convince them to consider using it. My question to you (I haven't used dBase since dBase III ... LOL) is there anything 'exciting' about this product? Those who are/have used it, do you consider it to be VFP's equal? I'm tired of debating (healthy disagreements) with the individual, so I thought I'd ask (to maintain my sanity) here.
