Ronald Reagan was clever enough to defy his advisers on the issue of Communism. "Tear down this wall, Mr Gorbachav" comes to mind and his statement that Russia was the evil empire, plus his stance on the issues make him one of the greatest presidents. Kennedy would be up there with Millard Filmore if he hadn't been assassinated. He had no accomplishments during his tenure. As for Nobama, I fear you are correct.
