Yes and no... Only some versions of ActiveSync support WLAN to connect to the device. WMDC does unfortunately not, or at least I haven't come across the option. Even when the option is available in your confiugration, the user still has to connect the device to the PC by launching the ActiveSync app on the device. A more reliable wireless connection would be Bluetooth which is supported by WMDC. Of course, Bluetooth has serious limitations as far as the maximum distance between device and computer is concerned.
