Just repeal the Internet Tax Freedom Act and charge a usage charge on every packet that touches the wires inside the U.S. :o) Other countries have usage taxes for non-residents.... :o) That would end the deficit.

I just now realized that since I use real-time videoconferencing close to 400 hours per quarter, my annual net revenue would be negative. Not sure I like that idea. :)
