Your posts here indicate that you share this belief.

If it helps you to interpret rebuttal of false claims about healthcare funding as a complaint that a small sector of society controls capital, then as you say "we can agree to disagree." However, that will not stop me querying announcements that do not match the real world- such as your statements about increased cost, rationing and clerical interference, none of which you seem able to substantiate.

Actually, I did back in the 90's

You focused on coding/billing in the US and compared it to systems in other countries? And still you assert that public health leads to increased cost, rationing and clerical interference and by implication that private doesn't? Wow. Where were you working?!

The deficit this year is almost 4 trillion dollars. Adding yet another entitlement program to increase the deficit even more will bequeath a monumental problem to the next generation.

Only because you ignore expert advice that (for example) transposing the Canadian system to the US would save $1T despite providing care to an extra >40M Americans.

That $1T would cover the deficit so far this year.

If it is "Socialist" to regard that as a win then the "Capitalists" or whatever other labels you may like to apply have lost the plot IMHO.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
