My problem may be caused from OS/Harware issues after all. The box I am having trouble with is actually quite fresh using genuine WinXP Pro.

I copied my project work files to a friend's laptop and all the hesitation issues went away, most of the method codes still remains. Life is much better now.

I am even trying a different anti-virus product as well.
