Our company recently installed a WAN over 10 remote locations along with a new VOIP phone system (cisco) where data and voice share the same channels. Presently we have 3 T1's , new server, voice recording software, etc (all the rest I am not that knowledgeable about) and we have been having some hicups with voice interuptions.

Our company managers asked me for recommendations for an independent firm to come in and do a complete evaluation of our present setup etc. and give recommendations as to what is correct and what should be done to improve the system. The reason we are inquiring is because of the firm we contracted with to help install and set up sent over a consultant to figure out why we were having some issues. His comments indicated that there were many things done incorrectly and since he did not realize his firm did the installation etc., it has prompted our company to think the best approach is to have an independent evaluation so that we can resolve any issues we might have.

So If any one has recommendations of a firm to contact, it would be greatly appreciated.

A long term working relationship could be possible.
