Theoretically, an .exe will find a necessary .dll in current directory, windows system directory, windows directory, along the DOS path. I'm not exactly sure if this is completely correct, and in case of UTNav.exe, it may be explcitly demanding url.dll in windows system directory.
Anyway, a new version is coming up, as soon as Michel raises his head from the backlog - we'd have to be patient a while.
