If it's between those who want it to change and others who are quite satisfied with how it already is (the status quo) then the debate is a pityful thing.

We will have healthcare reform. 66% of Americans want it and the current administration is pushing it strongly. It may not be before January, but it will happen. the first attempt may not be ideal either, but it will happen regardless of the stuff you see on tv and read.
