>For developers who want to learn about the new access and assign event methods in VFP 6.0. Access and assign methods are demonstrated from the ground up and all that is required to follow along is basic understanding of creating classes in VFP. Also demonstrated is the special this_access method for special applications. Advanced access and assign methods are demonstrated including creating custom collection classes. Also demonstrated is creating custom arrays by allowing character type array indexing as used in various collection objects like ADO and IE. Performance and implementation issues are also deomstrated.

>Using and Extending the Visual FoxPro 6.0 Component Gallery - (September 29, 1998)
>Part #: VFP-002-A
>Available: Now
>For developers who want to learn about the new Component Gallery in VFP 6.0. Beyond the basic usage of the Component Gallery, advanced usages that aren't obvious are demonstrated including the creation of new catalogs, folders, and items. Detailed examples of creating dynamic folders for hosting projects, databases, class libraries, and web pages in the detail pane are also shown. The Component Gallery is extremely extensible and data-driven, and this video also demonstrates the creating of custom catalog tables with complete description of the catalog table structure and field definitions. Also creating custom folder and item types by subclassing the classes in _gallery.vcx, allowing full customization of the Component Gallery shell. Additional advanced examples include controlling and automating the Component Gallery object using the _oBrowser object are also demonstrated.

Hey Ken,
Just to let you know I tried to go into your site www.classx.com and I got an error message. I'm running IE4.01. But that's not the end of it. I have VI6 installed and the browser asked me if I wanted to debug. After clicking 'Yes' it opened what it appeared to be your web site's project with code and all. It highlighted a function/method called vbsReferenceOption or something like that. I have a feeling this may not be what you want, so you may want to check on that.
