Hi Yelena,
I've been using Red Gate tools for a while now and have been very pleased (with the exception of the early Comparison SDK version that had an awful protection scheme). It's hard to say a lot about these tools, because they simply work and you only notice them if they are missing. The user interface is very simply and hides the work that is done behind the scenes. So far, Red-Gate had been quite responsive when I had an issue.
Only the variety of tools they offer can at times be confusing. For instance, there's SQL Compare (which compares the structure of tables) and SQL Data Compare (to compare the content). Often you need both, for instance, for configuration tables. If budget permits, one of the bundles is usually a more cost-effective solution.
