It's hard to say a lot about these tools, because they simply work and you only notice them if they are missing. The user interface is very simply and hides the work that is done behind the scenes. So far, Red-Gate had been quite responsive when I had an issue.

Often you need both, for instance, for configuration tables. If budget permits, one of the bundles is usually a more cost-effective solution.

Hi Christof,
Thank you for your re-ply.
I am looking at Red-gate and ApexSQL tools. They both seems to be pretty good and it hard to pick, the only thing that I like more about ApexSQL (given that i spent just a few hours working with each of this products) is that if I buy ApexSQL Diff API it is royalty free for distribution. I assume I will need this tool to be able programeticaly sync our users data with the latest schema?

Thank you
Yelena
