>No matter how you defend this I'm sure you know it doesn't make sense. It's not because someone talks about something that that person experienced it. Or that I can't make comments about something because I never did something related to it.
>
>Then I am curious. How do you form your opinions if they are not based upon some sort of personal experience. Personal experience includes getting information from books, magazines, TV and radio as well as interacting with other people. If you do not form your opinions based upon your experience, how do you form them? Black Magic?

How 'bout some good old logic. So yes based on experiences but not necessarily directly related to the discussed subject. Let me give you an example. Stealing a chocolate cookie as a very young kid without realizing because the kid doesn't know it's illegal. After the parents have explained usually the kid will get that stealing in general is not right. It doesn't only apply to cookies. So whatever people say his opinion for the rest of his life will be that stealing is bad.

So I guess you agree now that what you said about people expressing opinions even in areas they don't master doesn't make sense. You know when you said that because I didn't write a book... ect ect

>English is not my first language but please tell me where you meant that it's my ideas that are stupid and that that was not directed at me? Is the word ideas implied somewhere?

>You are entitled to your opinion and if you think that I am aggressive and ignorant, that is your prerogative. However, there is a big difference between being aggresive and assertive. At least ignorance can be fixed - stupidity can't.

>I inferred that you were calling me ignorant and my reply was meant to imply that I would rather be ignorant than stupid. I will confess that I thought some of your remarks were stupid, just as you thought some of mine were. However, as I have said elsewhere, I have been known to say some stupid things even though I am definitely not stupid. There is a big difference. Are
you trying to tell me that you have never said anything stupid?

Focus Marcia Focus. Doing a little switcharoo again.

So you are a mind reader now? I never said you said stupid things.

Mike just said it was a cheap shot. Now I'm really wondering. Who should I believe? The person that said I'm stupid and that is now trying to make me believe she meant something else or another person, an American who I believe the first language is english, that seem to have understand it the way I did?

Ohh almost forgot about that one

Kevin told you
My brother has an expression - "you can't fix stupid"
and you replied
Laughing Out Loud!!! Exchanges such as the one I was having with Denis remind me of this

Looks like you forgot to put ideas or opinion at then end on that one too.

I don't recall the last time I called someone stupid. I guess in my childhood. Do you often insult people like that?
