>c'mon that's a pretty broad statement! Maybe in Germany what you say is true. I see many, many new web apps (and desktop) being developed in VFP. Using the web, vfp developers can extend existing apps or create entirely new ones.

I agree with you Michael - I've created 2 major applications this year in VFP - one a stock control application the other a courier app - my clients are results driven i I create business solutions for a living - that's what they're really interested in not rhe development software
But there are some who don't want to be SEEN developing in VFP
