In Brett's defense, he probably doesn't have much experience throwing blocks. Even though I'm sure he knows chop blocks are illegal, when he's actually in the act of trying to block a 250-300 pound guy who can run like the wind is it going to go exactly the way he had in mind? It's not like he's hitting a blocking sled.
