Ok. I've read it 3 times and do not get the point. The man found the a surgeon in Canada and his insurance paid 85%. What's so horrible and more to the implied point, how does this compare to someone who comes to America and pays out-of-pocket to avoid the waiting list to get their surgery in their home country?
