I refreshed them manually.

However, there were so many problems today with this form, that I'm exhausted :( I could not make picklists to work, the tooltip generated an error,
all the descriptions I put in the table miraculously disappeared (luckily I still have them in a view), etc.

Designing with VPME seems like it's a bit hard process for me.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
