My local drives are already shared in the remote session: the install CD is local. Are you suggesting I copy the install disk to the server and try to run it from there, or that I try to run VFP locally? I have had success running VFP off a local drive with Citrix but it is way too slow to be useful over a Remote Desktop Connection.

Update: I did copy the files from the CD to a directory on the server. Now why didn't I think of that! :-) The copy took well over an hour and the connection was dropped twice but the install was ultimately successful.

Thanks for the suggestion!
