When I was stationed in Schweinfurt, Germany, I took lots of photos of the nuclear power plant there. Anyone on duty on the tarmac during a storm could take similar photos at any military airbase. Perhaps you could write to Mass Communication 2nd Class Elliott Fabrizio/U.S. Navy and ask him whether he doctored the photo or not :o)
