I'm trying to end my attributions to the thread(s) for now, but I'll react to this one because you come with arguments. The 'advice' wasn't for you, but for Jake. It adds up to two, since you also got that 'advice' (message #1423983). It is my way of showing my dislike of those who show severe disrespect for the politicians of their own country while their leaders ARE democratically chosen. But of course I realize that you (two) won't emigrate. Afterall, you ARE patriots, right? And the USA IS in the end the BEST country in the world, right? And it's also the only country where people really have freedom of speech, right? All other people in other countries do not really understand that concept, right? Oh yes, I forget, you own the country and therefore all your politicians should work for you, right? Sorry for the cynical tone.

I understand that you have concerns about the politics and institutions in your country. But please, give your president some credit. He was chosen democratically.

Our system prevents corruption. Maybe it's because we have a lot of experience with democracy, freedom AND limitations to freedom.
