Just to nitpick, however, I'm pretty sure "The John Birch Society" (why did the chicken cross the road? to get from the left to the right) was done by the Chad Mitchell Trio - another group that suffered when the lead left (even if they had, if memory serves, an adequate replacement in John Denver).
