I know this is a common problem, and I am dredging - but I can not get it to work!!

I included my icon (with 16x16, 32x32, and 48x48 images in it) in teh project, but it never shows up in Explorer - any view.

What image editor?? Where do I get at this..VFP6 (VStudio) Enterprise Edition..
