Good idea. Also, when they leave for school, have them take the cablebox with them each day. Another good idea is to get a treadmill or stationary bike (it is Chicago after all and gets very cold) and every time the idea to drink comes along, get on the bike or treadmill with a bottle of water. A physician friend of mine told me that men get in terrific shape when they quit smoking because they tend to substitute exercise for smoking to kick the habit while women are more likely to substitute food.
