Here, if you call the cops, they actually show up, and there are a lot of them and it costs more to bribe them. America has the highest rate of incarceration of ANY country in the WORLD. The reasons are that our police and courts are more effective here. Furthermore if you do some research here you'll find that statistics prove that when you put the death sentence in place in a state in the US, that it has zero effect on the murder rate - and in some cases (such as Texas), the murder rate actually increased! So yes, you're wrong.

LOL. Thanks for showing me th error of my ways. Having spent a year each in both Japan and Saudi, come to think of it, you're right, the police never showed up, and when they did. they were bribed into looking the other way. You're right. I'm wrong.
