I installed Visual Studio 2008, then the 2010 Beta 2, both of which installed some components of SQL Server. However, I then installed SQL Sever 2005 Developer (I know. I should have installed it first.) and now there is no Menu Item on the Start / Programs menu showing the SQL Server 2005 Management Studio.

I believe the below is the correct location of the executable file, but how do I add this to the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 menu under Start / Programs?

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Tools\Binn\VSShell\Common7\IDE\SqlWb.exe"
