Full time! Give me one who works with me 1 hr a week:) Seriously whenever I open Blend I think "once again wearing the hat of a designer and I am not, give me the code windows where I want to live:)". I found that I am 'designing' in VS pure in code (blindly w/o a visual appearance till I run it).
PS: VS nicely formats the XAML after I setup it in options. Blend doesn't even do something similar and I need to scrooolll right too often. Its toolbars are also weird. VS 2010 I think will be my best friend with its much better design time support, drag and drop bindings etc.
